Tonight we BBQ’d two of the four pork chops from our order on the charcoal BBQ. The flavour is just so wonderful and the chops are so big that three of us shared two and there is still some left over. The pork you and Ties raise is so nutrient dense that you just can’t eat as much as regular pork. You have both done an exceptional job and now have customers that are going to keep coming back. The meat is worth every penny and we feel like we have eaten very healthy.
